For this apartment house in Schöftland, it was decided to use DELTABEAM® Composite Beams, which could be optimally combined with timber-concrete composite slabs.
The resulting easy assembly of the timber element slabs significantly reduced the installation time. Another advantage for the use of DELTABEAM® was the simplified cable routing. Both for the cable routing, which was concreted into the slab, and for the cable routing below the slabs. For the latter, DELTABEAM® makes it possible to dispense with timber beams/girders.
