Between buildings there is private space for a patio, play areas, and spaces for relaxing. The Apartment complex has laconic architecture with scandinavian style, wooden finishes and black clincer matt bricks.
The buildings foundation, bearing structures and overlays are made of reinforced concrete.
Within this project several Peikko products where used including Bolted Column Connections, PSB® Punching Reinforcement and JPL Anchor Plates (now called WELDA® Strong).
