DELTABEAM^® Slim Floor structure with long spans created maximum open spaces and additional height, especially for the parking under the commercial stores. DELTABEAM^®s were delivered with a fire resistance of 90 minutes, without additional needed fire-protection at the site. The main structure of the building was completed within 7 weeks, thanks to the rapid construction method of DELTABEAM^®. The official opening of the brand new location of ‘Loods5’ was earlier than expected.
