Mirdif 35 is a lifestyle center; an innovative concept that brings together several outlet stores as well as lifestyle and beauty services. Mirdif 35 has been built with Peikko's PETRA® Slab Hangers; a unique technical solution to support hollow-core slabs and make openings and configurations into hollow-core slab floors.
Mirdif 35 is a LEED GOLD certified building using, among others, recycled building materials and saving up to 25% of energy with the help of efficient heating and cooling systems, solar system and lighting.
